AxioLite by Axiometra

Stock control for trades, maintenance stores and workshops

Know what's on the shelves, in the stores and in the vans. AxioLite keeps one clean record for every spare, consumable and fitting, tracks where each one is down to the bin, and shows you what's running low before a job stops. It's built for small UK businesses with roughly 100 to 5,000 products, priced in pounds, with no setup fee.

What you get

Find any part by the number you use.
Every spare holds the manufacturer's part number, your own code and its suppliers, so people search the way they talk.
Stores, shelves, bins and every van.
Set up each store, shelf, bin and fleet van as a location, so the spares and consumables carried in each van are tracked as well as those in the stores.
Scan instead of typing.
Print your own barcode and QR labels, then scan with a phone or handheld scanner to find an item or book stock in and out.
See what's running low.
Set minimum and maximum levels, then check the low stock report before you place your order.
Order from suppliers properly.
Raise purchase orders, email them to suppliers and book deliveries in against the order, so short deliveries are obvious.
Counts that don't stop the work.
Count a few bins at a time with cycle counting, so your figures stay right without a full shutdown stocktake.
AxioLite stock screen listing quantities by bin location, batch and quality status

Moving off a spreadsheet

Bring in your existing list by CSV, tidy it up in the grid, and add UNSPSC product codes with one click so like parts group together in your reports. Every movement is recorded with who did it and when, so if a figure looks wrong you can see why.

Common questions

Can I track stock in vans as well as the stores?
Yes. Each van can be set up as its own location, so you can see what's on board and move stock between the stores and the van.
We have hundreds of small parts. Is it quick to find things?
Yes. You can search by part number, your own code, description or manufacturer, or scan a label to go straight to the item.
How much does it cost?
There's a Free plan for up to 50 products. Paid plans start at £39 a month, with a 14-day trial of every feature.
