AxioLite by Axiometra

When your stock spreadsheet stops keeping up

Spreadsheets are a fine way to start, but they struggle once several people book stock in and out, batches have expiry dates, or you need to know which shelf something is on. AxioLite does the same job properly and lets you import the spreadsheet you already have.

Export your sheet as CSV and import your products, suppliers and storage locations. Rows are checked one by one, so a bad row doesn't stop the import, and you can tidy everything up afterwards in the grid. There's no setup fee.

Common questions

Can I keep using Excel alongside AxioLite?
Yes. Every report exports to CSV, so you can still open your figures in Excel or Google Sheets.
How long does it take to move from a spreadsheet?
Most of the work is getting your columns in order. The import itself takes minutes, and you can try it on the demo first.
Is it worth it for a small business?
If several people handle stock, or you track batches, expiry dates or bins, a spreadsheet will keep drifting from what's on the shelf. AxioLite is free for up to 50 products, and paid plans start at £39 a month.
