Pricing questions
- How much does AxioLite inventory management software cost?
- AxioLite starts at £39 per month (excluding VAT) for the Starter plan with 500 Material Master lines and 1 GB of document storage. Growth is £69 per month for 1,500 lines and Scale is £129 per month for 4,000 lines. Annual billing costs ten months' worth of the monthly price.
- What counts as a Material Master line?
- A Material Master line is one unique item record in your catalogue — its manufacturer, part number, description, classification and stock rules. Quantities, bin locations, batches and serial numbers attached to that record do not count towards the limit.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new organisation gets a 14-day free trial with no card required, and the data you enter during the trial carries over when you subscribe.
- What happens if I exceed my plan's line limit?
- You can either upgrade to the next tier or stay where you are and pay overage at £5 per 100 extra Material Master records per month. Existing data is never deleted.
- Are prices shown with VAT?
- Prices are quoted excluding VAT by default - use the "Show prices inc. VAT (20%)" toggle on this page to see the gross figure. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout, and VAT-registered customers can add their VAT number so it appears on invoices and receipts.
