AxioLite is inventory management software that keeps a Material Master catalogue, tracks stock down to the bin, gates it by quality status, and records every movement in an audit ledger - built for SMBs running roughly 100 to 5,000 active lines.
What you get on every plan
Material Master catalogue
One clean record per line - manufacturer, part number, alternate suppliers, structured technical description and UNSPSC classification, with AI-assisted description building and duplicate detection.
Bin-level stock control
Quantities tracked by area, aisle or rack, shelf and bin across multiple sites, including stock still in the receipt area awaiting putaway, plus batch, lot, expiry and serialised units.
Quality stage gates
Approved, Pending, Quarantined, Rejected or Scrapped on every balance. Only Approved stock can be dispatched, so uninspected material never leaves the floor.
Barcode and QR scanning
Produce your own material and location labels, then scan with a phone camera or hardware scanner to open a record, book stock in or out, or complete a count line.
Cycle counting with ABC/XYZ
Materials are classified by value and demand variability, so counting effort is aimed at the lines that matter rather than the whole catalogue at once.
Purchase orders and receipting
Raise, approve and email purchase orders to suppliers in £, then receipt deliveries straight into stock against the original order line.
Voice control and assistant
Search, dictate descriptions and post movements hands-free, and ask the built-in assistant catalogue-wide questions about your own stock.
Audit and compliance ledgers
Stock movements are recorded chronologically in UTC, and the compliance ledger keeps every material edit with before-and-after values for customer and quality audits.
