- What is AxioLite?
- AxioLite is inventory management software for small and medium-sized businesses. It holds a Material Master catalogue, tracks stock down to bin level across multiple locations, enforces quality status before dispatch, handles purchase orders and cycle counts, and records every movement in an audit ledger.
- How much does inventory management software cost for a small business?
- AxioLite starts at £39 per month excluding VAT for 500 Material Master lines, with Growth at £69 and Scale at £129 per month. Every account begins with a 14-day free trial and no card is required.
- Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
- Yes. Materials, suppliers and storage locations can be imported by CSV. Rows are validated one by one, so a single bad row does not stop the import, and you can tidy the data afterwards with inline editing and bulk changes in the catalogue grid.
- Does AxioLite track batch, lot and expiry dates?
- Yes. Stock can be tracked by batch or lot with expiry dates, and serialised items are held as individual units, each with its own location and history. Expiring lines are filterable so nothing gets used past its date.
- Can I scan barcodes and QR codes?
- Yes. You can produce your own barcode and QR labels for materials and storage locations, then scan them with a phone camera or a hardware scanner to open a material, book stock in or out, or complete a cycle count line.
- Does it support multiple warehouses and bin locations?
- Yes. Stock is tracked at position level - area, aisle or rack, shelf and bin - across as many sites as you need, including quantities still sitting in the receipt area awaiting putaway.
- How does AxioLite stop uninspected stock being dispatched?
- Every balance carries a quality status of Approved, Pending, Quarantined, Rejected or Scrapped. Only Approved quantities can be selected for a stock out or dispatch, so material that has not passed inspection cannot leave the warehouse.
- Is my data kept separate from other companies?
- Yes. AxioLite is multi-tenant with isolation enforced at database level, and role-based permissions control who can edit materials, approve stock, raise purchase orders or manage billing.
